PSYCHIC PROTECTION
[Self Defense]
With all the protections listed I urge you to call upon God and ask for his guidance and say any prayers that fit the situation. Just remember, whatever you do to another, comes back to you tenfold. It's much better to put out a positive rather than a negative or you will suffer the results of your own negative actions. [These are for protection only and will not work as an attack.] There are several suggestions - some far fetched and some sensible. Use what suits you.
PRAYER
Prayer, one of the strongest protections, calls on the Almighty to assist you when you need it. Used in conjuncture with any other method simply intensifies the protection.
WHITE LIGHT
Visualize / imagine yourself in the middle of a very white light and ask for God's protection, e.g., "I surround myself in the Christ White Light and ask that only those energies which are positive be allowed around me."
PINK BUBBLE
Imagine yourself inside a pink bubble of love where you are surrounded by love and goodness - nothing else is present, you are protected. You can place an enemy inside this pink bubble and surround it with God's light - ask this person to leave you alone, tell them how you feel and send the person off to God with your love and blessings, forgive them.
MIRROR IMAGING
Visualize the placing of 'real' mirrors around your body and be sure to see the detail in the mirrors. Face the mirrors away from your body so they reflect back to whomever is outside of you. When feeling another's negativity you take a quick peek at any part of the mirror and then state that you do not accept the other person's bad energy and that they can keep it, 'mirror' or 'reflect' back to them - it's theirs, they can keep it.
WHITE SCISSORS
Use a giant pair of white scissors to cut away any and all 'hooks' that have been placed in you [good or bad] and state you will receive your lessons from God from now on.
FLAMING SWORD
Immerse yourself in the center of the sun on a floating platform of glass and crystal. Take a huge sword that is on fire and sweep it all around your body, 'severing' any negative energies which may be connected to you. You may state a prayer or positive affirmations while doing this. Remain in the sun's protection and know that nothing can harm you here.
ANGELS, etc.
Call upon your angels, your guardian angel, God, your teachers in spirit, your guides, your power animals, etc., and ask them for protection. Note: you can visualize your power animal, etc., surrounding you with its body of energy.
TALISMEN, etc.
Some people believe that the talisman, stones, crystals, incense, etc., can protect them. This is true but the physical form is only a reminder that the power is there and the power is not in the object itself.
TRANSPARENCY
Become invisible to all [or visible to one]. Blend in with your surroundings so that anyone walking by will not notice you; a person can look right at you and not really see you. Just remember when you are done to become visible again so that those you want to notice you, will.
SHAPE SHIFTING, ILLUSION, CHAMELEON, etc.
You take on the energy of those things around you in order to be unnoticed. Your true self is not seen [a form of invisibility?] as you are no longer what you were. e.g. a female police officer poses as a 'victim' in order to catch a rapist [she takes on the persona, the attitude, demeanor, walk, pose, characteristics, etc., of a 'victim'].
