PSYCHIC ATTACK
[Or Clairvoyance?]
There are several ways that you can tell whether or not you are being attacked on a psychic level or if you are picking up signals from spirit. Whether it is intentional or unintentional the results are pretty much the same. The big difference is whether or not it is intrusive, unwanted and unsolicited. Here are some ways to tell if you are feeling your own, or someone else's energies.
- 1. Thought precedes emotion: If you begin to feel something not related to what you are doing or thinking about - it is probably not your feeling [it's an outside energy field].
- 2. Thoughts or feelings out of the context of what you are doing are generally not your own.
- 3. Heavy feelings that press on you from the outside are not your own feelings [outside energy field].
- 4. Feelings and thoughts that hammer at you - even when you want to get rid of them are not your own [outside your field].
- 5. Discordant energy fields cause sudden and dramatic emotional changes.
- 6. Changes, accusations, badgering and the perpetual charge 'you are wrong' do not originate in your energy field.
- 7. Sudden weakness or exhaustion as well as confusion or anxiety comes from discordant energy fields.
- 8. Physical experiences, heat, pressures, thrill, etc. which are out of context to what you are doing are generated by outside energy fields.
You know you are talking to your guide when [for example] you are on the way home and you think you should take another route other than your usual one yet you really don't see a reason to change it. You have a little argument inside your head as to the pros and cons of changing your usual route home. You decide not to go and shortly after you find yourself in a major traffic jam because of something that happened up ahead. You think to yourself, I should have gone the other way.
"OR "
You take the other route you thought of and find out later that you avoided a major traffic accident. Either way, you were talking to your guide. He/ she/ it/ was who told you to take the other route. You had your debate / argument with this being as you decided which route to take. You don't often refer to yourself as 'you' in your own mind, do you? The verbal structure alone should be enough to alert you to the fact that you are not talking, to you.
