NOTE: I have listed the target systems, use and cautions where I know them but unfortunately I do not know all of them. I will add in more oils and information as I find them. Please exercise caution when using any oils. The list I have composed is meant as a guide only.

PARSLEY
For anemia; to relieve chronic digestive disturbances; to treat ailments associated with toxicity such as rheumatism, acne, certain types of eye problems.
Target systems: digestive, blood.
Useage: internal.
Caution: do not use during pregnancy.

PATCHOULI
Used for inflammation, seborrhea; perfume said to sometimes cause loss of appetite & sleep & nervous attacks. Some people believe it to possess prophylactic properties.
Target systems: skin
Useage: external, inhalation.
Caution: not for internal use.

PEPPERMINT
Used for indigestion, poor appetite, digestive upsets, gall bladder problems, colitis, nausea, vomiting; excess mucous, bronchitis, bronchial congestion; skin irritations, fungal infections; intoxication, fatigue, sluggish digestion & liver; digestive spasms.
Target systems; digestive, respiratory.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.
Caution: May irritate mucous membranes, not to be given to babies or when breast feeding. Not recommended for those suffering from hypertension. May be over stimulating in high doses or in sensitive individuals. Use sparingly - maybe toxic in very high doses.

PINE
For rheumatism & arthritis; fatigue, tension, muscular spasms; convalescense; coughs, difficulty breathing; infections; expectorant used in several cold remedies [cough syrup]; poultice or dressing for wounds & sores.
Target systems: musculo-skeletal, blood.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.
Caution: the essential oil is difficult to digest. Those with sensitive digestion should use it sparingly.

PLANTAIN [ribwort & isphaghula]
Antibacterial; blood tonic; diuretic; stops bleeding; congestion, inflamed mucous membrane; diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome; insect bites, sore throats; laxative.
Target systems: blood, circulatory.
Useage: internal, external.

POT MARIGOLD
Taken as a digestive stimulant & menstrual regulator; used as a gargle for gum & throat infections or mouth ulcers; for conjunctivitis & sties [eyes] or skin disorders; soothes dry skin, eczema, piles, fungal disorders eg yeast infections or athlete's foot.
Target systems: digestive, urogenital [female], skin.
Useage: internal, external.
Caution: avoid during pregnancy. Do not confuse with TAGETES marigolds.

RASPBERRY
To ease childbirth, menstrual pain & heavy menstrual bleeding; mild diarrhea; sores, wounds, varicose ulcers; sore throats, gum disease, sore eyes.
Target systems: urogenital [female].
Useage: internal, external.
Caution: avoid high doses until the last two months of pregnancy.

RAVENSARA
For infections, viruses; muscular, arthritic & rheumatic pain.
Target systems: immune, respiratory, musculo-skeletal.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.

ROCK ROSE
Use as an astringent for diarrhea, mouth & throat irritations, & skin problems; has been used as an eyewash at times; in large doses in induces vomiting; as a tonic.
Target systems: skin.
Useage: internal, external.

ROSEMARY
Used to improve concentration & memory; used as hair rinse for dandruff & scalp psoriasis, as a colour enhancer for dark hair; rinse or garle to ease mouth, gum or throat infections; as a massage rub for arthritis & muscular aches; compress for heaadaches; can soothe teething babies; congestion, immune system stimulant; poor circulation, muscular pain.
Target systems: respiratory, circulatory, neurological.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.

ROSEWOOD
For skin inflammation & irritations; dry tight skin; as a toning agent for skin.
Target systems: skin.
Useage: external, inhalation.

SAGE
Used as a tonic; menopausal night sweats; improves digestion & circulation; reducing milk flow at weaning; sore throats, mouth ulcers, gum disorders; insect bites, sores.
Target systems: urogenital [female], digestive, skin.
Useage: internal, external.
Caution: high doses should be avoided by epileptics, and in pregnancy.

SANDALWOOD
For circulatory, nervous or disgestive complaints; bronchitis, palpitations, sun stroke, eye diseases; it's an alternative, hemostatic, sedative, refrigerant; anxiety, depression, mood enhancer; inflammation; sexual stimulant.
Target systems: skin, respiratory.
Useage: external, inhalation.
Caution: if you have a severe lung condition. For external use only.

SAVORY
For diarrhea associated with gastro-enteritis, intestinal virus.
Target systems: intestinal tract.
Useage: internal.

SKULLCAP
For anxiety, nervous exhaustion, stress & excitability; premenstrual tension; migraines; insomnia; helpful in programs for withdrawal from addictive tranquilers.
Target systems: circulatory, neurological, urogenital [female].
Useage: internal.

ST. JOHN'S WORT
Take for menstrual pain, menopausal symptoms; anxiety & depression; to ease neuralgia; for minor burns, cuts & scrapes; as a rub for muscular aches and to soothe earaches.
Target systems: urogegnital [female], skin.
Useage: internal, external.
Caution: in rare cases prolonged use may increase photosensitivity.
