NOTE: I have listed the target systems, use and cautions where I know them but unfortunately I do not know all of them. I will add in more oils and information as I find them. Please exercise caution when using any oils. The list I have composed is meant as a guide only.

AGRIMONY
Used as a digestive & bile stimulant; astringent; diuretic; heals wounds; for indigestion, diarrhea, food alleriges, heavy menstrual bleeding; gargle for sore throats & for nasal congestion; bathe sores, wounds, weeping eczema & various ulcers; relieves migraines & piles.
Target systems: digestive, urogenital [female], skin.
Useage: internal, external.
Caution: highly astringent so better avoided if constipation is present.

ASPEN
Used as a soothing salve; gargle for coughs & sore throat; wash for inflammations, cuts, scratches, wounds & burns; effective against fever; relieves poor digestion; inhalant for respiratory passage relief; relief for minor aches & pains; for the stomach; as a stimulant, a tonic; an expectorant.
Target systems: skin, digestive.
Useage: external, inhalation.

BASIL
For depression & anxiety; nervous spasms especially of the digestive tract.
Target systems: nervous.
Useage: internal, inhalation.
Caution: May be highly sedative in some individuals. Do not operate a vehicle or dangerous machinery while taking this oil.

BAY LEAF
Used for bronchial spasms & congestion; for asthma, allergies, respiratory infections; anxiety, psychosis, difficulty in concentrating; for skin care.
Target systems: neurological, respiratory, skin.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.

BERGAMOT
For cuts, scrapes, acne; skin ulcers, bruises.
Target systems: skin.
Useage: external.
Caution: Not appropriate for internal consumption.

BONESET
For fevers, chills, common colds, flu, childhood fevers [incl. chicken pox & measles]; severe bone pains; liver stagnation, sluggish digestion.
Target systems: circulatory, digestive.
Useage: internal, external.
Caution: High doses may cause vomiting.

BURDOCK
For rheumatic & skin disorders; colds & feverish chills; skin sores & inflammation; various ulcers.
Target systems: skin, immune.
Useage: external.

CAMPHOR
As sports rub; decongestant by inhalation.
Target systems: circulatory, muscles.
Useage: external, inhalation.
Caution: Toxic. For external use only. Highly stimulating oil. Those with high blood pressure and heart conditions should avoid applications of camphor oil.

CEDAR
For disinfectant for household use; pesticide.
Target systems & useage: should NOT be used for the body.
Caution: Toxic. Not for therapeutic use. For household use or insecticides only.

CELERY
For rheumatism, arthritis and gout; cystitis & urinary disorders; high blood pressure; increases milk flow in nursing mothers; diuretic.
Target systems: urogenital, nervous.
Useage: internal.
Caution; Avoid in pregnancy. The essential oil can increase skin photosensitivity. Do not take seeds for cultivation internally. Highly stimulatin, use sparingly. May cause indigestion, especially in high or frequent doses. For cooking use sparingly; mix with olive oil or the flavour will take over.

CENTAURY
Used for indigestion & during convalescense, when the appetite suffers; tonic for falling hair; scalp disinfectant; pulmonary tuberculosis; diseased liver & jaundice; disinfectant; stops negative growth in stomach & intestines; removes skin blemishes & spots, relieves both constipation & gas and promotes proper digestion; it is a traditional panacea and has been prescribed for just about everything except diarrhea; it is particularly recommended for people who live sedantary lives and who don't get much outdoor exercise; it is a tonic, an appetizer, diuretic, laxative, antiseptic.
Target systems: digestive, skin.
Useage: internal, external.

CHAMOMILE
For poor circulation, menstrual clots; nervousness, anxiety, mood; reduce pain of spasms, menstrual pain, headache, migraine, neuralgia; soothing remedy for nausea & digestive disorders or a calming bedtime remedy; anti-inflammatory & anti-allergic chemical present in flowers; inhaled to counter hay fever or mild asthma attacks; soothe tired eyes or ease earaches; soothe teething babies; add to bath water to ease tension.
Target systems: urogenital [female], circulatory.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.
Caution: Could cause an allergic reaction if you're allergic to ragweed, depends on the person. Avoid in pregnancy.

CHESTNUT [buds, red, sweet, & white]
Used for varicose veins, leg ulcers, sunburn, hemorroids, recurrent neuralgia, diarrhea; bronchitis & respiratory catarrh; arthritis; as an astringent; expectorant.
Target systems: skin, circulatory.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.
Caution: exterior parts of chestnut can sometimes cause poisoning if taken if sufficient amounts.

CHICORY
Used for jaundice & spleen problems; promotes bile production; the release of gallstones & elimination of excess internal mucous; for gastritis, lack of appetite & digestive difficulties; benefits glandular organ & digestive system; for painful inflammations.
Target systems: digestive, circulatory.
Useage: internal, external.

CINNAMON
To strengthen circulation; a good diaphoretic & exopectorant in coughs, colds, flus, sinus congestion, bronchitis, dyspepsia; pain relief for toothache, & muscle tension; strengthens the heart, warms kidneys; it is almost a universal medicine & is less likely to aggravate than ginger; flatulence, constipation, diarrhea; general stimulant [especially sexually]; chills, fatigue, loss of appetite.
Target systems: gastrointestinal, neurological.
Useage: internal, inhalation.
Caution: don't use with bleeding disorders. Very dermacaustic. Do not use externally. Avoid contact with skin. High doses may be over stimulating. Can aggravate high blood pressure.

CITRONELLA
For skin irritations, wrinkles; insecticide.
Target systems: skin.
Useage: external or as insecticide.

CLARY SAGE
Used to rid eyes of foreign material; for relief of upset stomachs; possible it alleviates kidney complaints; for menstrual difficulties, menstrual pain; nervousness, depression, especially when associated with menstrual conditions; poor circulation especially during menstruation, hot flashes.
Target systems: urogenital [female].
Useage: internal, external.
Caution: Do not use during pregnancy or nursing.

CLOVE
Possessed of both antiseptic & pain relieving qualities; to cure nausea & to rid the stomach & intestines of gas; to treat diarrhea & hernia; effective against such disease-causing fungi as those that cause athlete's foot; colds, coughs, asthma, indigestion, toothaches, vomiting, hiccough, laryngitis, low blood pressure, pharngitis, impotence; viruses, chills; anthelmentic, insecticide.
Target systems: immune, skin, neurological, respiratory.
Useage: internal.
Caution: when you have inflammatory conditions or hypertension. Never use during pregnancy. Persons with kidney ailments should use this oil cautiously and sparingly.

CRAB APPLE
Used as a mild laxative; tea for rheumatic illness.
Target systems: circulatory.
Useage: internal.

CRANBERRY
As a tonic for the kidneys; for bladder problems [disinfectant]; for gout & rheumatism; to arouse the appetite; to curb diarrhea; good source of vitamin C.
Target systems: urinary.
Useage: internal.
Caution: If taking calcium bone building minerals then cranberry should be avoided or used in moderation as it binds with the calcium to remove it from the body.

CYPRUS
For hemorrhoids, varicose veins; congested prostrate, heavy sweating; sinusitis, rhinitis.
Target systems: urogenital [male], circulatory.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.
