NOTE: I have listed the target systems, use and cautions where I know them but unfortunately I do not know all of them. I will add in more oils and information as I find them. Please exercise caution when using any oils. The list I have composed is meant as a guide only.

MANDARINE
For insomnia; indigestion; tension.
Target systems: digestive, neurological, skin.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.

MARJORAM
Used for loss of appetite, bloating; rheumatic & arthritic inflammations; immune system stimulant.
Target systems: digestive, circulatory.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.

MARSH MALLOW
Taken for sinusitis, nasal congestion & cystitis; for coughs; digestive tract inflammation; to drain out splinters.
Target systems: respiratory, digestive, immune.
Useage: internal, external.

MEADOWSWEET
Taken to relieve rheumatic pains & to ease feverish chills; use for gastritis, stomach upsets & irritable bowel problems and to counter food intolerances; applied as eyewash to relieve conjunctivitis & eye inflammations.
Target systems: digestive, skin.
Useage; internal, external.
Caution: do not take if allergic to aspirin. Use hot water with the tincture to reduce alcohol content if taken for gastric inflammations.

MUSTARD
As an antiseptic; for bronchitis, pleurisy; as a purgative; encourage blood flow to surface for rheumatism, sciatica, pertonitis, neuralgia & various internal inflammations; promote appetite & gastric juices; for lumbago, gout pains, rheumatism; lower fever in early stages; to help stop serious seizures & convulsions; in a mustard plaster.
Target systems: respiratory, circulatory, digestive.
Useage: internal, external.
Caution: Large amounts or prolonged use of black mustard [internally or externally] can cause serious irritation & inflammation; never let undiluted mustard oil come into contact with your skin.

NUTMEG
For digestive upsets & chronic diarrhea; use in massage rubs for rheumatic aches & pains, muscle strain or during labor; substitute for sage oil to relieve toothache; to enhance appetite; disinfectant.
Target systems: digestive, nervous.
Useage: cooking, household.
Caution: in high doses [over 7.5 g] it is a hallucinogenic and may cause convulsions. Never use during pregnancy or nursing. Toxic and highly stimulating in large doses. Do not use if you suffer from high blood pressure. Not recommended for diabetics, epileptics or children.

OAK
Use as an astringent; internal or external as an enema or douche for hemorroids & other rectal problems; menstrual problems & blood in the urine; for varicous veins; stop internal hemorrage; reduce fever; wash sores & skin irritations; mouth & throat irritations as gargle or mouthwash; as a tonic after overexertion.
Target systems: urogenital [female], circulatory, blood.
Useage: internal, external.

OLIVE
Effective against fever; tranquilizing affect on nervous tension; increase secretion of bile; acts as a laxative [encourages muscle contraction in bowels]; soothing to mucous membrane; said to dissolve cholestrol; for burns, bruises, insect bites, sprains, intense itching; as a hair tonic or for dandruff; base for linements & ointments.
Target systems: nervous, circulatory, digestive.
Useage: internal, external.

ORANGE
To lower cholestrol; to combat infections; anti-carginogenic; insomnia, anxiety.
Target systems: skin, immune.
Useage: internal, external, inhalation.

OREGANO
For viral infections; digestive disturbances.
Target systems: immune, digestive.
Useage: internal.
