These few simple exercises will help enhance your sleep period and they do indeed make some interesting dreams transpire.

As you are drifting off to sleep, imagine yourself doing four or five things backwards:


  • Putting jelly on a piece of toast and then the peanut butter.

  • Getting dressed in reverse order - shoes, and then socks; coat, and then sweater; jeans, and then underwear; blouse, and then bra, etc.

  • Answering the door and then hearing the doorbell; answering the phone and then hearing it ring.

  • Taking a shower, and then taking your clothes off for the shower; eating a sandwich and then making the sandwich.

  • Eating your supper, and then making your supper.

  • Spending your pay cheque and then working and then getting your pay cheque.

  • Feeding the dog, and then buying the dog.

  • Anything else you can think of...


Once you've run through a couple of these scenarios, ask 'God' to continue these reverse activities to shift the following:


  • Take all negative experiences from feelings storage and move them up to visual storage.

  • Take all positive experiences from visual storage and move them to feelings storage.


Thank ‘God’ for the work he will be doing through the night. Be prepared for some super spectacular dreams...

As you awake in the morning you may notice [or have a sense] that something about you has changed. It may simply be that you've had a better nights sleep and you feel more relaxed. You don't have to analyze it or worry about it, just accept the positive changes you have created within yourself and enjoy it.

‘God’ may also be called Jehovah, Buddha, The Creator, The Source, Spirit, Great Spirit, 2nd Attention, etc. Whatever it is that you believe in and is acceptable to you.
