MEDITATION


Peace, tranquility, relaxation, healing and a feeling of wellness ~ these are what we seek when we meditate.  It is our right to have these feelings readily available to us and it is our right to enjoy life.

It doesn't matter if you are new to meditation or an old practitioner ~ meditation is wonderful for everyone in every stage of development. It allows us to connect to our inner pathways and to find a balance in our lives.  Too often today many people are stressed out from the rush and worry of every day life ~ and the burdens that come with it.  Inner peace can be achieved through meditative practices and I encourage people to try it.

As I find time I will add in more meditations that my guides provide me with - in the meantime I hope you enjoy what you find here.  Before you begin you might want to read about the various methods of meditation so that you can choose one that is right for yourself.   I also have information available on grounding exercises, psychic development and other items of interest HERE.

Enjoy your time here on earth ~ inner peace can be achieved.  Count your blessings ~ though to some they may seem few ~ for they are far greater than you realize.
