Wonderful for meditation and my favourite is one that sounds like a lullaby but no actual words are said, it's called Dream. Other song titles include Lullaby, Angel Sleep, Flowers In The Night, & Magical Carpet.

Kitaro incorporates some natural sounds into his music like the occassional fleeting sound of a child's laughter, or the chatter of a dolphin, or wind chimes, or the sound of the surf. Regardless of these sounds the music itself is both uplifting and haunting and I feel it definitely has a ethereal quality about it. Some song titles for this tape are Rising Sun, New Wave, Cosmic Energy, Moonlight, Oasis & Aqua.

Uplifting, wonderful music to meditate by or simply for easy listening pleasure. I love this tape along with all the others I am recommending. It is hard to choose a favourite from all these artists I am suggesting as they are all so talented. Some song titles include Hand in Hand, Tree Fairies, Moonlit Shores, Elfin Kind and Love Remembered.

Prabh Ke Simran is a Sanskrit chant. Througout history many healers, saints, and holy people have used sound for healing. These chants, ragic scales and powerful sound combinations have come back to us through todays healers who have been researched the healing arts. I do not know who the artist is unfortunately for this tape but I do know that the entire tape is all one chant - on both sides and the tape is called Prabh Ke Simran. Also good for meditation.

Any music put out by the Japanese artist Kitaro is wonderful for meditations. Although these ones are fairly plain and basic titles, some of the names he has chosen on his other tapes are truly inspirational.

This group is one-of-a-kind and their music is very upbeat and spirit-lifting. It seems to be a mix of all nationalities and their music types. The first tape put out by this group and so much one of my favourites. I have so many wonderful artists to listen to that I cannot choose just one. Their music is definitely one of a kind. Some songs titles are In Existence, The Silk Road, Coming of Age, Spoken Word & Love Song.

All in all a very good group. I love most of the music played by Enigma however Enigma really is an enigma in that the group has some lovely songs but the titles are sometimes a bit dicey as is a bit of the song subject. Too many groups sound alike today and it is nice to find more modern groups who play with an ethereal slant or new age beat that is not totally weird but is easy listening ~ I definitely enjoy this group. Do what I did ~ buy the tapes and copy all the songs I like onto a blank tape and just play them ~ that gets rid of the less respectable songs. Songs to listen to are Return to Innocence, Silent Warrior, Age of Loneliness, The Eyes of Truth, I Love You … I'll Kill You, Out From The Deep, Second Chapter & Dream of the Dolphins.

Crystal bowls and anti-frantic alternative series of recordings. This tape has quartz crystal temple bowls in it that reverbate long tonesof sound that are attuning your higher self to new levels of consciousness. I love to use it to meditate by as they use 100% quartz to make the sounds. Very nice and easy listening but I would suggest that it is more suitable for meditating than just to listen to.
